Bhavisha has over seven years of experience in the electrical industry in various fields such as estimation, designing, BIM services with hands-on experience in Autocad, Bluebeam, Revit Electrical, and MS office suite.
Bhavisha’s role is to maintain balance and mediate between the onshore and offshore teams. Bhavisha is responsible for building a well-developed and high-performing team by training and developing staff, resolving issues, and ensuring the team works collaboratively to meet deadlines.
